All Properties LLC is an independently owned and operated Residential Property Management service company and Real Estate Brokerage. I am the Owner and Managing Broker, Brion Fortune. I began my Property Management journey in February of 2015, managing rental properties throughout the greater Denver area, consisting of single-family homes, duplexes, small multi-unit buildings (up to 7 units), condominium units, and townhomes. I also have many years of hands-on, trade experience in the construction and home improvement industries, and have been a homeowner myself since 2001. I began my Real Estate and Property Management career with another Denver Real Estate Brokerage. After nearly five years of working as the Property Manager for this other company, I realized it was time to move on and begin my own company so that I could have better control over the quantity of rentals that I manage and begin to build my own professional relationships.
At All Properties LLC, we believe that the client journey should be that which includes the client(s) and the Property Manager. Not a team of unnecessary people who have little to no knowledge of your investment. Nothing is more important than being able to answer clients’ questions with confidence. All Properties LLC believes that the role of the Property Manager consists of other roles including, Real Estate Consultant, Marketing Specialist, Leasing Agent, Handyman, and sometimes relationship counselor and surrogate parent 😉. Your investment property is important to you, so you want to make sure you have the right person there to keep your investment safe.
Our core values consist of integrity, honesty, and open communication. We believe in having honest conversations with new or potential clients so that they fully understand the risks involved with owning a rental property and can make the decision that’s best for them. In my experience as a Property Manager, I have found that the development and fostering of trusting relationships amongst landlord clients, tenants, and maintenance vendors can oftentimes make or break the rental experience for all parties involved. We also recognize that in order to offer the level of hands-on service we strive to provide, it means having a limited number of rental properties being managed at one time – a belief, unfortunately, lost on many corporate management companies. All Properties LLC values quality over quantity and can ensure that your investment property will be attended to with diligence and care.
